  • Drinking water

How to prepare:

  2. Once you have water in the pitcher or bottle, add about ½ cup of fresh orange juice to the water. Do not use commercial orange juice for this. Prepare your own orange juice with a presser or any similar tool instead.

  • Get some pure water in a pitcher or bottle.
